What is the difference between these two?

"There are pending items, are you sure you want to cancel?"
What does "pending" refer to? To the items which weren't removed?

"This item cannot be removed"
Is it an error message ("Failed to remove this item") or something like "This item should not be removed"?

"Junction"
What does it refer to? A symbolic link?

"Finished."
Scan finished? Removal finished?
