Hj.Name false positive?

Updated RogueKiller today, it found a threat (Hj.Name) at
C:\$SysReset\Scratch\csrss.exe
I would like to know is this something to worry about .txt log included

Hi wepar555,
This folder is created by Windows when performing a System Refresh operation, so the file is legit.
You can delete the whole $SysReset folder if you don't need it.
