Translation problem
« on: May 02, 2021, 04:38:42 AM »
Currently:
Submit the translation application through the address provided on the official website (https://www.adlice.com/contact/)
But although I received two reply emails, one is an automatic email, and the other is a real person asking how to help me
(Hi,
How can I help you?
Regards,), I will reply and send the translated language file via this email, but I haven't received any reply. I don't know if you have received this email.
And you both sent the two emails through a unified mailbox. I feel that there is a problem with some of your mechanisms, which caused me to reply to the email and you can't receive it (guess)

Hi fairycn,

Thanks for helping us with the translation.
We received your emails. The person in charge is just not there for the moment. They will answer you as soon as possible.

Regards.

Okay, this is relieved, and I hope you can change your strategy to avoid causing similar confusion to the respondents again.

Hi fairycn,

We are a small team and sometimes, you will have to wait up to 24 hours before receiving an actual reply.
That's why we decided to send a receive acknowledgment email, so the person is aware that their email was successfully received.

Regards.
