I have een using uchech for a few weeks now and it works great. Perhaps it's possible to add some more programs....Here is a list of software that i often use :

Sorry for the delay.

Inkscape, SyncBackFree, 7zip, Bulk Crap Uninstaller, Absolute Uninstaller, Revo Uninstaller are now supported.
It was not possible to add the others you requested because there was either no changelog available or it wasn't possible to install them without user interaction.
