Bad information.
« on: July 07, 2020, 11:40:40 PM »
Very concerned to receive your notification that my "membership with RogueKiller Premium (Personal) has expired since 52 days."
I then looked at my information - especially Transaction ID: 5FA94407SF5997630 dated 22 Apr 2020 (at 17:16:06 BST)  for RogueKiller Premium (Personal) - Lifetime, 3 devices, at which point I had paid €79.00 on Invoice ID: WC-44316.

I tried to send you a message to this effect ... but your system didn't seem to recognise my email address and password, in spite of the fact that you sent me the "reminder" at the very same e-mail address.
So I've had to re-register my details using the very same details.

Now, am I wrong about the validity of my program, or is 'your data' incorrect?

Also, just to let you know that your poxy Captcha graphics don't always show up in Edge, meaning I cannot use your Contact page to send you this message!!

Hi John,

I manually created a new ticket for you in your support database with the same email address you used to register on the forum.
Would you mind continuing there ?

Regards.

I'd be quite happy to ... except that the e-mail address and password that I have recorded in my Password Manager (so that I neither forget nor deviate from!) and which is being automagically inserted for me, is being received with the self-same message that one or the other (or perhaps both!) is not recognised by the service.

When I click on the link you sent, it informs me "You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator."

Hi John,

I saw that you were able to access your ticket and made contact with the person in charge of the license system.
Please continue there.

Regards.
