13.1.7.0 Cannot import either of the signature files
« on: March 06, 2019, 04:08:35 PM »
Downloaded fresh tigzy roguekiller portable 64 (13.1.7.0) this morning, tried both signature files available and it is not able to import them.

Says to redownload.

Tried on 3 different systems....

Are your signature packages corrupt at the upstream?

Hi agaudreau,

Welcome to Adlice.com Forum.
Could you please download the signatures package on your Desktop, then try to import it again ?

Regards.

Hello,

As stated, it had been done on 3 different systems this morning so I had tried multiple times, with both different signature packages just in case.

For a minimum total of 2 downloads per system so a minimum of 6 downloads for each signature package...

It has not been tried since, did you update the download links since this morning?

Ended up using a different tool than roguekiller.

Rather than encourage us to purchase a license for auto-update, issues like this that renders the tool inoperable, rather makes us move away from your tools...

Hey,
Did you try to download on the desktop (and import from there) ?
I am asking because there is known issue when importing from the download folder, and it's proven working from the desktop.

Regards,
