Ultimate Windows Tweaker

Hello,
I have used this program from the Windows Club side-by-side with RogueKiller for a year, and RK never flagged it as malware.  Today RK did, so I uninstalled UWT.  Does anyone have information about UWT having been exploited by hackers?  Thank you.
