Help for a report please

Hello!

Since a cupple of days I have some problems with my ASUS Laptop
I couldn't access at a lot of website because the Firewall was desactivate, and I could'nt reactivate it
So I did an updating of the computer, but since it's really slower as before

I did a scan with RogueKiller , here ist the report, if someone could help me it, I would be very grateul:D

Sounds strange, are you sure of that?
Any error message?

Yes since today a message says that "windows update needs my help" because he couldn't searche for new updates, this message comes every ten seconds ... I don't know what to do and I need my computer for my work  :-\

Are you sure you're connected?
There's no proxy nor DNS settings in the RK log, are you able to browse some websites?

Since I did the updating of my computer I'm able to go on Internet, but it takes a loong time Also Mcafee found 'CryptInno' of the computer, do you know that?
