I have the same issue - when running 5.3.0.0 portable (I do not that it installed) for the 1st time, all my setting were gone and I had to re-validate my license. Running it a second time was fine, so resetting all the setting and revalidating appears to be a one-time issue.

The change log at https://www.adlice.com/docs/ucheck/release-notes/changelog/ for the latest UCheck v5.3.0 (rel. 16-Feb-2024) states in part:

     - Consolidated Tech portable available features
     - Added "fully portable" feature, if not installed will work from a current dir's subdir

After updating to UCheck Free Portable v5.3.0.0 (located on a removable USB stick at E:\Portable\Ucheck 5_3_0) I discovered that all my custom settings had disappeared, including the path where my portable apps are located (History & Settings | Custom Locations) as well as my program exclusions (History & Settings | Exclusions). I re-created my custom settings and it appears that those settings are now stored in a new subfolder called \UCheck (see attached images).

Question 1: Will the Portable builds of UCheck v5.3.0.0 and higher run correctly if I manually delete the hard drive files (C:\Program Data\UCheck) and registry entries (e.g., Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adlice Software\UCheck and Computer\HKEY_USERS\<my user ID>\SOFTWARE\Adlice Software\UCheck) created by previous Portable and BETA builds of UCheck?

Question 2:  If my UCheck Portable executable (UCheck_portable64.exe) is moved to a different folder on my USB stick do I have to copy and paste the entire contents of the E:\Portable\UCheck 5_3_0\UCheck subfolder to that new location in order to retain my configuration settings and exclusions?

UCheck / Sysinternals coreinfo 3.6

Both files coreinfo.exe and coreinfo.exe are reporting incorrect current product version 3.53.0.0 in the database.
I'm currently using product version 3.6 for both applications.
In UCheck, they are reporting version 3.6 is older than the incorrect 3.53.0.0 listed in the database.

Anything that can be done to fix this would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

UCheck / Sysinternals Contig 1.83

Both files Contig.exe and Contig64.exe are reporting incorrect product versions.
I'm currently using product version 1.83 for both applications.
In UCheck, they are reporting versions 1.8.3.0, which is the "file version" in the "Properties>Details" portion.
It should be comparing the "product version", which is 1.83, in the "Properties>Details" portion.

Anything that can be done to fix this would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

A priori, LibreOffice utilise le même nom pour ses versions "Still" et "Fresh".
Il est peut-être possible d'utiliser les informations fournies par l’exécutable pour les différencier.
