Hi GANDHISANJU,

Welcome to Adlice.com Forum.

The desktop.ini files are legit and are used by Windows to store custom folders settings. For exemple, a common use of the desktop.ini file is to assign a custom icon or thumbnail image to a folder.
Checking "Don't show hidden files, folders, and drives" and "Hide protected operating system files" in the Folder Options will hide them.

Regards.
