Downloaded premium but where is it?

So I downloaded RK premium during installation I checked the create desktop icon option, after download clicked on the desktop icon did a scan then I'm told i do not have premium.
I have tried to watch the tutorials but there is no sound, tried watching on youtube but no sound, let the video run and the next video automatically started with sound but in Spanish. I have my language set to English.
have results on scan but do not know what to do with it.

Here is the full instruction to install and register RogueKiller PREMIUM :
- Download and install the version with installer: HERE
- Launch the application, register with your license key in menu "?", "Registration"

When a new update will be available, the app should ask you "A new version is available, update with the Updater" ?
If you answer "yes", the Updater will start, download new version and restart RogueKiller.

I did actually go through the entire process of downloading Premium and filled out the box with my 28 charector licence key and made the choices available and watched it download and installed and got a new desktop icon but I am told I do not have premium.

There may be an issue with your license.
Could you please copy/paste your invoice number in your next post ?

I have your order in front of my eyes, it's in valid state, I just don't understand where you are blocking.

Do you have your license key? (as said, don't put it here, just say yes/no)
It's something like somthing@email.com / AAAAAAAA-AAAA-AAAA-AAAA-AAAAAAAAAAAA
