RK not closing

Has anybody else been having an issue with 64-bit OSes where the RogueKiller process fails to terminate after closing the application?

I have seen where it can hang in the background for up to 15 minutes.

Is there any way to quickly terminate the process? It returns an error that access is denied when you attempt to end the process tree.

Here is a screenshot of RogueKiller still running, but it had already been closed.
