Roguekiller detecting potential rootkits - FP?
« on: October 03, 2014, 09:16:16 PM »
Please can somebody help!

I ran RogueKiller and it detected some potential rootkit issues (in orange).  This was after running malwarebytes (MB) and I wondered whether MB had caused a false positive in RK.

I restarted my computer and re run RK and it was clean.  I then ran MB and it flagged the orange items in rootkit tab.  I then re ran MB and it again detected potential threats but in a different location.

Is MB causing false positives or do I have a rootkit issue?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I have trawled the internet but cannot find an answer and am a novice with computers.

I have attached the 2 RK reports.

Many thanks in advance!
Ben

Hello
Looks like legit DLL, nothing to do.
