Hello guys i need help

well first .. i got virus infect my DhcpNameServer
and it shows Ads every time i use any internet page
actually i remove it manually or by using roguekiller
but issue here is it back again and ad's and shorter links start shows up like crazy
so i installed new windows and i have been  Rest router settings to factory setting before i use my laptop with new windows
and  after 10 mints it shows up again
so please i need help to get ride of it

i did  steps  that was in that post and upgrade my firewall in modem
and nothing happened my  ip still change
