Hello

We are thinking about ordering UCheck for our ~180 employees, but we need a Privacy Policy / GDPR (EN) / DSGVO (DE) / RGPD (FR).

Does Adlice Software have any Privacy Policy?

Thanks a lot, kind regards,
Thomas

Hello
Thank you for your minimalistic reply :(,
but, unfortunately, I was not able to find any information about GDPR (EN) / DSGVO (DE) / RGPD (FR) of your *software*. Your Terms just talk about the shop, which is, of course, a different subject.

Or did I miss something?
In which section of your Terms and Conditions are the GDPR (EN) / DSGVO (DE) / RGPD (FR) described?

To be precise:
The GDPR (EN) / GDPR (DE) / RGPD (FR) describes if software like UCheck transfers data to the internet and if so, which data and for what purpose.

Thanks a lot for your help!,
kind regards,
Thomas

Hi Jehoshua,

UCheck uploads a list of the installed applications (name, publisher and version number) from the system in order to fill an internal database which is used to provide "Community Feedback" feature of the software.
We don't have a GDPR dedicated webpage at the moment.

Do you have any other questions ?

Regard.
