Firefox false/positives, GUI submit, Forum topic

Ok, PUM.Proxy (Potentially Malicious)] network.proxy.type Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\dti9uv80.--\prefs.js really tired of this false positive since switch to DNS over HTTPS. This is turning up all the time and is clean by every program. Your wasting my time with this. You have a history of this issue and always saying will get it fixed. How about fix it period !

The program GUI after Reports, it makes no sense of what it wants to do or does in it's interface.  It is also not worth my trouble until you make clear in the GUI what to do. No I do not read instructions as the interface should be clear and direct and concise as should the web page address it uploads to.  Since before 1995 been using computers and I have not seen so much unclear information on a program that supply's important protection,  nor the same persistent false/positives and the same old answer.

The interface for reports needs work so that when I click on the scan date the frigging thing opens as a text file instead of a useless interface page that makes me click again to open a text file.
More thought and work needs to go into uploading what it finds in scan, like upload, yes or no, add comment. What more does some one need. Shaking head of making it more difficult than it has to be.

Forum, this was trying to be placed in topic heading False/Positives but no way to start a new entry.  All blockers are turned off so where was the button for new entry in False Positives?
Instead am forced to put this here.  Please move to appropriate place other than the trash.

Hi Pkshadow,

The file prefs.js is often targeted by malware in order to do browser redirections, display ads, etc, that's why it's classified as a PUM (Potentially Unwanted Modification). In the near future, PUM entries will be able to be excluded from the scan, so you won't be bothered by it anymore.
Your feedback about RogueKiler GUI is interesting. Could you please open a Support Ticket so that the concerned developer will be notified ?

Regarding your issue with posting in the False/Positive thread, it don't know why you couldn't. Anyway, I think your post cover a broader topic than just false positive, so creating a new thread is fine.

Regards.
