Registry Changes

Hello everyone,

I ran RogueKiller , and the only apparent problems I had was in the registry section that showed up grey. I am not sure if I need to delete this or fix the changes myself. I do not want to delete in case I do something that I shouldn't. This is the report that I received. Can someone recommend if I need to either delete this registry changes or am I ok to leave as is.
