Antirootkit Logs
« on: September 10, 2015, 11:20:27 PM »
Hello Adlice, I've been using your software for a while now and recently terminated my subscription for norton and went with bitdefender free antivirus, but my computer has been running extremely poor even after running malwarebytes, rougekiller, bitdefender, and Search and destroy scans to no avail. Can somebody check my Antirootkil logs to see if I have anything out of the ordinary. I also noticed my computer started to reserve half my RAM to hardware and I am unable to unreserve it through the "maximum memory" method in the boot tab of msconfig. Any help is greatly appreciated!

**Logs were to large to post here, they are in the attached text file.**

Could you please explain this in detail and post a log of such behaviour ?

Regards.

Please see the picture attached, this is the only information I know how to give currently. I have not updated my BIOS since purchase of my machine years ago, but this memory issue is recent. You can see in my MSINFO32 that I have 8Gigs installed but they only are seemingly using 4Gigs. The other 4 is "Hardware Reserved". I reseated my RAM and tested each one which all seem to be working. This RAM was initially working fine.

Hi Dizeliun,

Please read this Microsoft article : The usable memory may be less than the installed memory on Windows 7-based computers.
Then, apply the solutions presented in the "THINGS TO TRY" section.
