Program issue

My Premium RogueKiller has been downloaded on my 3d computer, but it won't open.  What do I need to do?

Do you receive an error message when you try to start it ? Which operating system are you using ?

No error message.  I get the window requesting Administrator approval which I say "Yes".  After that permission is granted; nothing happens.  I am using windows 10 OS
