Hi feradolo,

Your system is infected and damaged.
Please uninstall LogMeIn/Hamachi and TeamViewer if you don't use them.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop.
NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system !

Run FRST and press the Fix button just once and wait.
If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

Please download SystemLook and save it to your desktop.
  • Double-click SystemLook.exe to run it.
  • Copy the content of the following codebox into the main textfield:
Code: [Select]
:filefind
synth3dvsc.*
tsusbhub.*
rdvgkmd.*
  • Click the Look button to start the scan.
  • When finished, a notepad window will open with the results of the scan. Please attach this log in your next reply.
Note: The log can also be found on your Desktop entitled SystemLook.txt

Please download Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool and save it on your desktop..
 - Right click on KVRT.exe and select Run as Administrator.
 - Read the EULA, then select Accept.
 - Wait for Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool to initialize.
 - In the main screen, select Change parameters, place a checkmark in System drive, then click OK.
 - Click Start scan.
 - Wait for Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool to complete scanning.
 - When the scan is finished, select Neutralize all for all detected objects.
 - Close Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool when done.

Please then informe me if something is detected.

Regards.

Hi feradolo,

Please delete all the cracks and hacking tools you downloaded, one of them is the root cause on the infection of your computer. I strongly advice you to stay away from them in the future.
Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool detected wrongly one of your game (RaiderZ), you will have to reinstall it.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop.
NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

How is your computer running ?

Regards.

Hi feradolo,

Great. Your computer is clean.
You can now safetly remove the tools we used and the related files/directories.

According to the reports, you don't have an antivirus software installed and running.
I strongly advice you to install one. Here is some recommandations :
Quote from: quietman7#bleepingcomputer.com
I generally recommend ESET NOD32 Anti-Virus or Emsisoft Anti-Malware as they leave a small footprint...meaning they are not intrusive and do not utilize a lot of system resources. Kaspersky Anti-virus is also a good choice for the same reason. If you don't want to pay, then I would recommend either Sophos Home Free Antivirus or Bitdefender Anti-virus Free Edition if you prefer not to use Windows 8/10 Defender.
.
Regards.
