RogueKiller PREMIUM / Avast Internet Security - File shield exlusions

Hello,

I use Avast Internet Security for AV and Firewall and want to see if there is a folder or files that should be added to their exclusion list so Rogue Killer and Avast get along nicely.

RogueKiller PREMIUM / RogueKiller Premium does not launch

Since I installed RogueKiller Premium the RogueKiller64.exe does not launch the program and only launches a "update" gui and then closes.    I wanted to see if there is something i can fix before uninstalling and reinstalling the program.     

Any ideas?
