RogueKiller / Please help

Hi,
I registered it. It said it was valid. I ran the program and it found stuff wrong like hooks. I hit clean, closed the program and reopened it and ran it again. It still found the same stuff and now says it is unregistered again? HELP.
I am not a computer guy, so I have NO IDEA how to fix any of this-
