MRF / visitor MRF upload sample not show in dashboard and not stored in MRF repository

I've built MRF on virtual machine ubuntu 18. I wanted my web MRF to be accessible to others, so I set the network interface on my VM MRF to be a bridge. but when someone else tries to upload a sample, it doesn't appear on the dashboard and is not stored in the MRF repository. What should I do? thanks
