Hi, thanks for the add, Ive ran rogue killer as I had something lock my browser (some police force pay us to remove scam)

it never affected the rest of my computer like some others had but I cant find anything with my anti virus avast.
i have attached the report and would be grateful if u could tell me if these are normal things or do i need to delete them
