I downloaded and registered and that was fine.
I activated it.
now how do I get the program to run??
What do I do next ?
Please help as I have a hard time understanding directions some times.
Can you call and actually talk to a human ?

I'm sorry, but we currently don't provide phone support.
However, you can refer to RogueKiller Tutorial (http://www.adlice.com/documentation/roguekiller/tutorial/).
All the steps to run the software are provided here.
If you have specifics questions that are not covered on the tutorial, don't hesitate to ask here.

I downloaded their 17.00 rogue killer program. It doesn't work and they wouldn"t give me any help.
I asked them to refund my money. I have never gotten any response....
I am asking again for a refund.

I TRIED TO OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET AND COULDN;T FIND OUT HOW TO DO IT.
yOU GUYS MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ANYONE TO GET A REFUND. yOU PUT US THROUGH DO MANY HOOPS THAT DON'T WORK.
