yes i do  :o is my post i n the wrong section? ::)
IE11 and Media player are both corrupt and NIC with the strange coinstallers i have some spare time this weekend i would like to get started ASAP!

I was not sure, since you posted in the General Discussion section.
Your system seems corrupted in some ways but here, we are specialized on malware investigation and removal processes.
So, I suggest you to open a new thread on the Windows Microsoft Community Forum (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/networking?auth=1). They will be more qualified than me to help you with this particular issue.
