I am a premium RK user, and would like to know how to submit a ticket for analysis of my newly re-formatted pc.

Having been attacked earlier with a keylogger, I'm now loading up on security apps. Before I do so, I'd like to have a new scan analized to ensure all threads of the previous attack are gone.
