Since I installed RogueKiller Premium the RogueKiller64.exe does not launch the program and only launches a "update" gui and then closes. I wanted to see if there is something i can fix before uninstalling and reinstalling the program.
Any ideas?

We have had trouble with our update server, and unfortunately now the old versions updater is broken.
Could you please update manually this time using this link (http://download.adlice.com/RogueKiller/setup.exe) ?

Hello Support. I am having the same issue again. When I launch RogueKiller it opens a "update" gui and a status bar progresses to 61% and then just stops and eventually the "update" gui closes and RogueKiller never launches.

Im back with the same problem. I launch and use Rogue Killer once a month and each time it launches the "update" gui and then hangs at 57% - 60%. I come to this forum and you give me a new installer that includes the update.
Please provide the newest link so i can install, update and use Rogue Killer

That's not really normal. Are you being a corporate firewall ?
You can still use the link stated in my previous message (http://forum.adlice.com/index.php?topic=753.msg4409#msg4409). It's not changing between versions.

Thanks. Yeah I agree. I have this installed on a personal pc running Win10. I'll try to run it more than once a month and see if i can tell if its breaking after windows updates are applied.

It worked for a day now it just hangs on the updater gui.
The other day I installed it again, scanned my system, closed the app and it minimizes to my system tray. I was able to right-click the rogue killer icon in the system tray and relaunch the app a few times successfully. Today i noticed the icon was no longer in my system tray so I had to use the desktop shortcut. When i launch the desktop shortcut it runs the update gui and hangs at 47%. Ugh.

That's really strange.
Please follow the following process :
- Download Process Explorer (http://live.sysinternals.com/procexp.exe) and save it to your desktop.
- Click on the setup file (procexp.exe) and select Run as Administrator to start the tool.
- Start the update process. When it hangs, locate RogueKiller process, right click select Create Dump > Create Full Dump...
- Save the dump on your desktop, compress it and upload it on Google Drive/Dropbox.
- Share the link in your next reply.
This way, we will be able to troubleshoot the issue.

Not sure if the review of the dump file revealed anything but I have successfully opened Rogue Killer 2x over the past 3 weeks and was able to update and run the program without issue. I'll try to run it weekly and let you know if it stops working again.

I just updated today to 12.7.5.0 and that's the 3rd successful upgrade without issue. Must have been a wonky Win10 problem that resolved itself.
