Title: HELP PLEASE-Rootkit/Malware removal

Hello, im having massive trouble removing malicious PUP and PUM files from my computer. im currently running my 3rd scan after days ,of my computer not turning on, thousands of online redirections. im losing my mind here. I really need some help.
I will upload the report as soon as it is finished but any preliminary help would be most welcome.

Does RogueKiller scan takes a lot of time to complete ?
