Hello, I'm just trying RogueKiller, and all progress stop at 16% with ZentimoService.exe. Waited a few hours, nothing moves. I try to stop, the message tell me to wait and nothing happens (again, for a very long time). Tried to stop the service (zentimo) before, and the scan goes OK (in a few minutes).
Seems the program gets in a loop or something :)

Welcome to Adlice.com Forum.
This is indeed a bug.
In order to help us troubleshooting it, please follow the following process :
- Download Process Explorer (http://live.sysinternals.com/procexp.exe) and save it to your desktop.
- Click on the setup file (procexp.exe) and select Run as Administrator to start the tool.
- When RogueKiller goes in a loop, locate the process named RogueKiller.exe / RogueKiller64.exe, do a right click on it and select Create Dump > Create Full Dump...
- Save the dump on your desktop and compress it.
- Upload it to Dropbox, Google Drive or similar services and share the link in your next reply.
