Hi support,
I have installed the software for the first time.
Every time I start the software and it begins scanning I lose connection to the internet.
Cannot reconnect no matter what I try.
The only way to restore connection is rebooting the system.
Interested in the software but not if this occurs.

Just to be sure, does the computer lose the connexion during the scan AND before you select anything for removal ?

The computer loses connection during the scan only.
It occurred with the current release version without removing anything, so I then decided to try the beta version and it also did the same thing.
So I have not removed or altered anything after the scan was complete. This happens during the scan after it starts.
I tried to troubleshoot the connection but it did not return either.
Once I reboot the connection is back automatically.

Does the issue occur during the pre-scan or the scan itself ?
Could you please attach the JSON report generated by RogueKiller in your next reply ?
