Title: How to create RogueKillerX64 portable using 32-bit system

Maybe I missed this but Search provided no hits.  I use an x86 PC so how do I create the portable X64 version of RogueKiller on my PC?  I don't want to install it on my customer's X64 PC just to create the X64 portable, but will if I have no alternative.

RogueKiller is available as a standalone executable.

RogueKiller Portable 32 bits (http://www.adlice.com/download/roguekiller-local-32/?wpdmdl=2504)
RogueKiller Portable 64 bits (http://www.adlice.com/download/roguekiller-local-64/?wpdmdl=2502)
