Title: Help with report please

My English is not very well (Dutch!) but I want to ask you what I must do with this report and if it is to fix, can I do it myself? It seemes that my laptop maybe have a "hook". I don't know if this is malware or not.

I am already several days with troubleshooting. My virusscanner gives a warning that he/she can't fix it. It is in quarantaine every time again. The manufacturer of my Norman Virus scanner gave me the advice to try Killerrogue.

Your report is clean. The IEAT hook entry is harmless.
Could you please report here the warning displayed by your antivirus software ?
