I have installed Handbrake 1.61 64-bit. However, I am shown that I have the 32-bit version. However, the update was successful.

That's strange.

Could you please uninstall all installations of Handbrake, then install this version (https://github.com/HandBrake/HandBrake/releases/download/1.7.0/HandBrake-1.7.0-x86_64-Win_GUI.exe) ?
Does the issue still persist ?
