I've been around forever, just never joined the forum as there was never a problem until now
Been using RK for a long, long time

Ok guys, it was the Microsoft Office files in appdata.  ;D
Deleted it as I don't use Office anyway.
ESET Scanner crashed Windows in the same spot as well

Did RogueKiller asked you to upload a crash dump ? Could you please attach RogueKiller scan report with your next reply ?

Now, can you archive the following folder, hosts it somewere (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), then share the link here ?
C:\ProgramData\RogueKiller
