Every time I log on to Win10 it comes up with the welcome message web page.

Thanks for supporting our product.
We recently deployed a new major version and many bugs were fixed in the latest build.

Could you please download and install RogueKiller V15.0.6 using the following link :
http://download.adlice.com/RogueKiller/setup.exe

Is the issue still present ?
