Title: Should I remove this?

Hi, I am really inexperienced so I rather ask than regret later. Should I remove "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System|ConsentPromptBehaviorAdmin"? RogueKiller marked it as potentially malicious. Thanks for helping me.

PUM stands for Potentially Unwanted Modification. In your case, this entry are perfectly legit.
To be more specific, the ConsentPromptBehaviorAdmin ones show up because you disabled the UAC.
