Title: It Keeps coming back

Guys i have run all 3 software malwarebytes roguekiller adwcleaner along with cccleaner and it keeps coming back even tho is in quarantine or i delete it won't make any difference  . how i can get rid of  it ?

Please ignore the following detection for now on :

[PUM.Policies] (X64) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System|ConsentPromptBehaviorAdmin​
Deleting this registry key, will reset the UAC to its default state.
Some malware disable the UAC. In your case, it's not malicious.
