The guys at MajorGeeks told me to run their antimalware protocol. Here are the results and report from RogueKiller.

So, should I remove any of these?

Welcome to Adlice.com Forum.
You can safely remove all the lines except the WinPatrol one. This is a false positive that we will get rid off as soon as possible.
