I'm sorry, but your screen captures only display the content of your Download directory.
Could you please minutely describe the issue you are facing ?

I mean the view is changed after the install i mean the view from the Folder is changed

That view view is from the first Picture is changed to this view see Picture 2

I try this to write into german

Wenn ich die Setupdatei starte bleibt das Fenster sowie im 1 Bild stehen ist die Installation fertig verändert sich die Ansicht wie auf dem 2 Bild zu sehen ist

Are the Crashdumps clean or have you found something in it

No, the files you provided did not provide any clues.
Again, I'm really sorry, but I don't see the difference between the two captures, with the exception that the scrolling bar is not located at the same place. I'm not really sure, but is the sorting order ("Typ") changed as well ?
