Title: not responding

My pc is affected with a malware which is blocking every process, it does not let the process take processor time and kills it while working which results in program not responding. How do i get rid of this, please help.

Could you please follow these instructions (http://) and download RogueKiller Portable ?
Before launching it, please rename the executable as winlogon.exe, then run it. If RogueKiller is able to load, please then do a full scan and remove all detected entries.
