Title: I am unable to remove the PUM.Dns

Hello everyone, I've been having this issue where RogueKiller detected two Pum.Dns, and they always come back after reboot. Both my Bitdefender Total Security and Malwarebytes premium failed to detect them, as well as Adwcleaner. I am slowly going insane with this, I looked up the IPs and apparently they are related to SoftLayer Technologies Inc. and one of the IP is in Australia, the other in China. I'm from Canada. Here's the log (hopefully I did this right)

Hi faramir44,

These entries are not necessarily malware.
Are you by any chance a NordVPN customer ?
