Title: RogueKillerCMD Not Launching Using Command Prompt

I've tried an tried to launch this program both in CMD prompt on the regular desktop and in Safe Mode with Command Prompt. I have it on my desktop and have it in a usb on H:\ drive but when launching it just flashes for a second an disappears. I would like to have it to be able to run if the need arises.
I've tried the commands cd..
then
cd users/my name/desktop
then
cd users\my name\desktop>dir
but the dir command shows no files and I have more than several showing on the desktop
I've tried RogueKillerCMD.exe an it comes back 'not recognized'
any ideas?

Nevermind
I was able to figure it out. I wasn't putting all the info in. I was putting in RogueKillerCMD.exe when I should have put in
RogueKillerCMD_portable64.exe
