As the title says, I'm scanning my Win 10 machine and RogueKiller 64 bit portable is haning up at regisrty value [x64] HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE...T\CurrentVersion\Drivers32 : msacm.msg711 string. I don't know what to do or why it's hanging up. I did open task manager and close it down. Restarted the scan and still hang up here. Anybody know why? :'(

This is likely a bug with RogueKiller. Could you please check you are using V12.11.27 ?

Yes, at the time of the scan it was the latest RogueKiller. I always delete it and download new one when I want to scan. I will download another new one and scan again to see if it changed in the time I started this thread.

Thanks for your feedback. We need to retrieve more information.
Please follow the following process :
- Download Process Explorer (x64) (http://live.sysinternals.com/procexp64.exe) and save it to your desktop.
- Click on the setup file (procexp64.exe) and select Run as Administrator to start the tool.
- When RogueKiller hangs, locate the process named RogueKiller_portable64.exe OR RogueKillerX64.exe, do a right click on it and select Create Dump > Create Full Dump...
- Save the dump on your desktop and compress it.
- Upload it to Dropbox, Google Drive or similar services and share the link in your next reply.

Using version 12.11.29.0 64 bit portable, still having the issue. :'(

We found the issue and RogueKiller next version is expected to work properly.
