Title: What does the Delete button do?

Does it delete the hook/rootkit or does it just delete the entry from the list?

If you have rootkit behavior detected (ARK tab), it's only the consequence, not the cause.
Affecting the consequence is useless, this is why they are only shown for information/diagnostic.

If you want to remove a rootkit, remove the registry key/ file instead.
