Title: Newby Needs Help with what Needs to be Done - RK Report Attached

I just downloaded RogueKiller 64 and did a scan and the attached RK Report shows what it found, but I have no idea what to do next. Please help step me through what I need to do. I have been trying to clean my computer with various software, but it seems that I still have some annoying malicious programs on it, it seems to have hijacked either browser IE or Chrome as it adds tabs that look fake when I open Chrome. feeling very frustrated, tried Malwarebytes to remove, but freezes up when it tries to remove some remaining folders, so I figured I would try RogueKiller to see if it will work to remove the unwanted programs/files.

Hey :)
DataMgr.exe is classified as Adware, I think you should delete it with RogueKiller (just press delete with everything selected)
