Hi There,
On Friday my friend's PC had the Poweliks infection and after much trying to remove it, we finally think it is gone, however we can't seem to run the RogueKillerCMD on his system. When you double click the icon (or run as administrator) the program starts up, flashes the CMD line with green text for about 0.5 seconds then disappears.
We tried both x64 and the 32bit version and both are acting the same way.
The OS is Windows 7.

RogueKillerCMD is supposed to be started in command line (CMD = Command Line).
If you want to remove Powliks in a more general way, try the GUI-ed version (aka classic version) of RogueKiller:
