I googled the ip but nothing comes up. ist it malware try to change the default gateway or dns server??

nothing else comes uo on the log.

i am in germany. whats behind this ip? And what is this registry key doing?

rederecting DNS server?

If you're in Germany, yes fix it.
It redirects DNS server address
