Title: Not Sure If I'm Still Infected & If I Should Delete Anything...

Hello everyone,
I am brand new here and just heard about this awesome program. I want to know if I should delete anything as I'm very weary and don't want to be doing anything without getting some sound advice. I will attach the report so you can see what I'm dealing with...
