Title: My computer is infected with browser.exe chrome virus. I need help Please!

My computer is infected with the Browser.exe / google chrome virus. It opens multiple versions of google chrome, with none that you can see. Only a little computer literate. Can follow directions pretty good though. Can anyone give me advise on how to remove it. I tried doing system restore and I only show four restore points and none are back far enough.
